Control development comes after the aircraft foundation.
The intended scope is a physical quadcopter test platform for IMU acquisition, calibration, motor output, rate loops, attitude estimation, PID tuning, data logging and failsafes. No integrated hardware or flight-test result is claimed yet.
Planned evidence
Requirements, component rationale, frame and propulsion sizing, wiring, firmware architecture, ground tests, tuning logs and controlled flight records.
